About the role

As a Technical Writer you will have ownership and responsibility of continuous improvements of Paligo’s technical documentation, creating new content as well as updating existing content, with the end user as the primary target. You will maintain existing product documentation and assist in planning, scheduling and and tracking documentation and ensure that content is published following the product release process and meet release dates and client deliverables. As a Technical writer you will also gather and analyze technical information from various stakeholders to document new or improved product functionality. As a Technical writer you will also work with cross-team collaboration with product owners, developers, our Technical Writer consultant and stakeholders to coordinate product documentation over multiple parallel projects and teams. You will create clear and consistent content about our advanced technical solution and communicate this as comprehensively, accurately and clearly as possible to our customers.

About you

We are now looking for a Technical Writer who enjoys taking initiative and can set up priorities. Because of the growth phase that Paligo is currently in, we need you to be comfortable with working in a fast paced environment. We are looking for you who has a hunger to always learn more, and is not afraid of making mistakes, because that is how we learn! As a Technical Writer, you will be a part of the larger customer organization, so we want you to be a teamplayer and be comfortable with working with cross-team collaboration. We want you to have great communication skills and be able to communicate clearly, positively and objectively with comfort and ease, both online and in-person meetings.

We also imagine that you have some of the following points in your resumé:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer

• Experience in Zendesk or similar CRM system

• Native or bilingual level of English

• At least 3 years of experience within a SaaS company

• Experience in a structured content environment, extra merits for experience of Paligo
