About the role
We are rapidly expanding our Customer Success team due to increased demand for our platform and are now looking for a new star to join us. As a Customer Success Manager you will be a vital part in keeping our customers happy and satisfied, and nothing makes us happier than knowing that our customers are happy! You will also act as the primary point of contact between our customers and Paligo, supporting and developing our customers by proactively identifying churn risks and expansion opportunities.
Paligo has developed a reputation of delivering fast and friendly support, and the Customer Success team is a vital part of that.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to find ways of improving the service we provide with a hunger to always learn more. Because of Paligos growth we need you to be comfortable with working within a fast paced company and to be a teamplayer who is willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed along with working with cross-team collaboration. We want you to be a people-person who enjoys customer interaction and has great communication skills, online and in-person meetings. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can communicate clearly, positively and objectively with comfort and ease.
We also imagine that you have some of the following points in your resumé:
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role
- Experience in supporting a complex SaaS product
- Comfortable with sophisticated technical products and cross-functional projects
- Experience in using CRM or Support system (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to multi-task while managing high priority projects
- Experience as a Technical Writer
