About the role
As a Developer at Paligo, you will be an important part of developing our growing platform/product. You will join a friendly and global development team working mainly from Sweden. The position offers great variety where you will get to work in a cross functional agile team with a large degree of individual freedom. You will be able to participate in all aspects of developing, securing and enhancing our products by creating new exciting features, squash bugs, implement tests, do research and spikes, work with the infrastructure and contribute in any way possible to lift our product, team, department and company to new heights!

About you

We think that you are an excellent communicator and are used to communicating both internally in the team as well as externally to external stakeholders. Beyond that, we imagine that you have some of the following points in your resumé:

• 3 + years of work experience as a developer in a modern Tech environment, either within frontend or backend

• Strong PHP or similar backend language skills and/or strong jQuery skills and at least one modern frontend framework like React or Vue

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish

• Experience working in Scrum teams

Nice to haves:

• Experience in MySQL

• Experience with the Amazon AWS platform

• Experience in developing a modern cloud platform

• Docker

• XSLT

• Python

• Frontend framework (e.g. Angular or Backbone)
