We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to further strengthen Paligo's revenue operations as our previous colleague moves on to new opportunities. This is a fantastic chance to help shape the future of Paligo's operations and revenue growth at our brand-new HQ in Solna, Stockholm.
What You’ll Do:
- Empower our Commercial Teams: Empower our Sales, Solutions Engineer, BDR, Customer Success, and Marketing teams by providing the necessary processes, tools, and resources to maximize their effectiveness.
- Drive Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance lead generation and sales processes to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and reduce operational costs.
- Deliver Analytical Insights: Utilize your analytical expertise to provide actionable insights that will directly influence the company’s growth strategy.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure smooth processes and drive alignment towards our ambitious revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years relevant experience.
- Sales & Revenue Operations Knowledge: A solid understanding of all aspects of Sales and Revenue Operations, from strategy to tools and organizational alignment.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a focus on execution and a passion for getting things done.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Revenue Tech Stack Management: Experience with managing revenue-related software and tools.
It’s a Bonus If You Also Have:
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Advanced user experience with CRM, CSM, Subscription Management, and Sales Enablement tools.
