About the Role

As a Product Manager at Paligo, you'll join our talented team at Paligo's headquarters in Solna, Stockholm. You will take ownership of a designated product area and based on your knowledge and interactions with our customers, partner with your product development team to develop our product together. Your goal will be to help build and develop a product that delights our customers and solve real world problems for our users.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of your product area ensuring alignment with Paligo’s larger business goals and customer needs.

- Based on customer-centric development, work closely with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and prioritize functionality.

- Collaborating across Engineering, UX design, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver world-class usability and solutions.

- Make sure we communicate clearly with our users and buyers regarding the benefits of Paligo and how our continuous development helps them succeed with our product.

- Market research, stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation.

- Apply data-driven decisions, analyze user behavior, product performance, and metrics to guide product enhancements.

About You

We are looking for a Product Manager with excellent communication skills who can understand and explain customer problems and requests at different levels, depending on the audience. You should be comfortable communicating both externally with customers and internally within the team, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.

Your Background:

- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms, including managing the product lifecycle for complex software applications.

- Proven experience of discovering customer problems and delivering customer value as a Product Manager.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a similar relevant field.

- Fluency in Business English.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Familiarity with CCMS, CMS or related content and document management technologies.

- Fluency in Swedish or additional languages.

- Knowledge of system integration work would be a plus.
