About the role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle B2B sales targeting mid-market to enterprise customers. You’ll:
- Be assigned to a regional Sales Territory
- Have support from both a BDR and Solutions Engineer in territory activities
- Be assigned annual and quarterly quotas, with an enticing variable and motivating upside potential
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting
- Lead complex sales cycles using a value-based, consultative approach
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handovers and customer experience
About you
You are a driven and self-motivated Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have:
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales to mid-market or enterprise clients
- Proven success managing full sales cycles and consistently exceeding quota
- Experience prospecting and generating your own leads, bringing a true hunter’s mentality and approach
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A collaborative mindset – you enjoy working with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong
- Background in CMS, CCMS, or related tools (TMS, knowledge bases, etc.)
- Fluency in an additional language
