Paligo is now looking to grow our Business Development team as part of our global Sales expansion!

About the role
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be a key part of our global Sales organization. You will work in a dedicated "pod" consisting of an Account Executive and a Solutions Engineer, focusing on a specific regional sales territory. Together, your pod will own pipeline development and drive high-value opportunities.
You’ll:
- Research target accounts and identify key personas and ideal customer profiles
- Craft tailored outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video to engage prospects
- Book qualified meetings and collaborate with your pod for smooth handovers
- Track activities and insights in HubSpot CRM
- Receive ongoing coaching and support to build a long-term career in SaaS sales
About you
You’re a curious, communicative, and goal-driven person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy learning, collaborating with others, and contributing to ambitious goals.
You have:
- Native or fluent English proficiency
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
- A proactive and positive attitude – you don’t wait for instructions, you create momentum
- Strong communication skills via email, phone, Zoom, and LinkedIn
- Good time management and organization
Nice to have:
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Gong
- Knowledge of the CMS, CCMS, TMS or localization industries
- Additional language skills (especially German or French)
- A track record of meeting or exceeding activity or booking targets
